Home Educators of ARkansas (HEAR)
Our purpose is to:
Monitor and influence legislation that affects homeschoolers and coordinate grassroots endeavors of homeschoolers around the state to maintain the constitutional rights of parents to direct their children's education.
Provide accurate and current information to homeschoolers so that they can answer questions and work with local superintendents and legislators in an informed manner.
Provide a communication link among homeschoolers through the newsletter.
Provide basic information to new homeschoolers and connect them with someone in their area.
